They boast a tensile strength of ≥200MPa and a load-bearing capacity far exceeding national standards. Previously customized for heavy machinery companies, flange ring assemblies have been tested and proven to withstand the high-intensity demands of 3-meter-high racks.

Customizable Adaptability: Customization is available based on provided drawings or samples. The flange ring's sealing surface type (e.g., flat or convex), bolt hole quantity, and distribution can be adjusted to meet customer needs. From request communication to sample confirmation, the process takes only 3-5 days, enabling rapid adaptation to individual scenarios.
