(1) Preliminary Technical Preparation & Material Preparation

We select qualified raw materials that meet customer standards, conduct material composition testing and performance verification to ensure material compliance, then select matching high-precision CNC turning equipment, multi-axis linkage machines, and special cutting tools, input optimized processing parameters into the equipment system, and complete equipment pre-debugging and tool setting to ensure stable processing conditions.

(2) Precise Clamping & CNC Turning Processing
