Raw Material Selection and Cutting

Tuoyuan Metal strictly selects stainless steel, carbon steel, copper alloy, and other raw materials that meet industry standards. Based on the specific specifications of the final product, we use precise cutting methods such as sawing and shearing to cut the raw materials into fixed-length billets, ensuring minimal dimensional tolerances and laying a solid foundation for quality in subsequent precision machining.

CNC Precision Turning

The cut billets are securely clamped onto the CNC lathe. Using pre-calibrated, dedicated machining programs, high-performance specialized tools sequentially complete external cylindrical forming, internal drilling, threading, notching, and chamfering. The entire machining process is fully automated, achieving an ultra-high dimensional accuracy of ±0.005mm, ensuring consistent shape and dimensions for every product. Any burrs and scratches are then removed through grinding and polishing. The products are subsequently cleaned and treated for rust-proofing, including processes like galvanizing, chrome plating, and passivation. These treatments enhance their corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal, meeting various application needs.

Multi-Dimensional Quality Inspection

Precision measuring instruments (such as calipers and micrometers) are used to check dimensional accuracy, and hardness is verified using a hardness tester. Finished Product Packaging and Warehousing

Qualified CNC Turned Fasteners are sorted by specification and packaged in moisture-proof and impact-resistant packaging (such as blister packs and cartons).
