Manufacturing process

1.Design of machined fastener drawings:

In the design of machined fastener drawings, designers need to thoroughly study the product drawings and related technical requirements, and then process the parts according to the relevant national standard drawings. They need to use computer-aided design software to conduct two-dimensional analysis of the parts, and then perform three-dimensional analysis. Finally, the completed products need to be tested using CAD software to determine if they meet the requirements.

2. Preparation of metal raw materials for machining fasteners:

After the non-standard machine processing fastener design is completed, it is necessary to prepare the materials required for processing based on the drawings. During this step, the quality of the qualified materials must be strictly controlled.

3. Handling:

To produce high-quality machined fasteners, the processing must be done accurately during the manufacturing process. And the processing itself requires a lot of knowledge, including mechanical theory and CNC programming language knowledge, etc.

4. Inspection:

After the processing is completed, the products need to be strictly inspected to ensure that each dimension meets the standards.
