Utilizing 20 high-speed precision CNC lathes and machining centers (including 5 machining centers), the company boasts CNC turning/milling precision of up to ±0.01mm for precision aluminum parts, sheet metal bending accuracy of ±1°, and geometric tolerances of ≤0.03mm.

Professional Surface Treatment: Equipped with a fully automated spray coating line and an environmentally friendly electroplating workshop (including a German Wagner electrostatic spray system and zinc-nickel alloy electroplating line), we offer surface treatment services such as galvanizing, powder coating, and polishing. Our environmentally friendly galvanizing process ensures stable performance of aluminum components in coastal high-salt fog environments for over 10 years. Our powder coating offers over 200 color options, and our mirror-polished aluminum components achieve a light reflectivity of over 95%, balancing functionality and aesthetics.

Strong Customization: Adhering to a "customer-first" service philosophy, we support processing based on provided drawings and samples, providing professional support throughout the entire process, from request communication to sample confirmation and mass production, to meet customers' personalized production needs.
