Manufacturing Process of Stainless Steel Weld Tee

The hydraulic bulging process for equal-diameter stainless steel weld tees is a common forming method. First, fill a pipe blank of the same diameter as the tee with liquid, then use a special hydraulic press to squeeze the blank synchronously with two horizontal side cylinders. As the pipe blank is compressed and its volume decreases, the liquid pressure inside rises sharply. When the pressure meets the requirement for bulging out the branch pipe, the metal material flows along the mold cavity under the combined action of side cylinder pressure and internal liquid pressure, finally forming the branch of the tee.
