Material Composition: The main body is made of H62/H65 brass (62%-65% copper, 35%-38% zinc). In some special applications, trace amounts of lead (≤0.5%) may be added to improve workability. Appearance: In its natural state, it exhibits a light golden metallic luster. After standard processing, the surface finish can reach Ra1.6-Ra3.2μm, with no noticeable burrs or scratches. After long-term use, a thin, uniform oxide film forms on the surface, slightly darkening in color but resisting detachment. No additional coating is required to maintain the basic aesthetics.
