Go / No-Go Gauging

Threads are verified with calibrated go/no-go gauges on every critical batch — the same check your incoming inspection will run. If it does not pass here, it does not ship.

CMM and Optical Verification

Our inspection room runs a CMM, tool microscope, automatic and manual height gauges, dial gauges, and a marble platform for geometry checks — covering thread position, pitch diameter, and form.

Surface Finish Control

Roughness is measured on every sampled part. For threaded fasteners, consistent surface finish means consistent friction — the factor that decides torque behavior on your assembly line.

Thread Quality

For stainless steel thread screw machined parts, we recommend identifying the thread as a critical feature on the drawing if it directly affects assembly.

Important information includes nominal diameter, pitch, thread class, depth and whether the thread is internal or external.

For example, simply specifying M10 thread may not provide enough information for a precision assembly. The pitch and tolerance class may also need to be stated.

Where necessary, thread gauges can be used during inspection to verify functional fit.
