Q: Do you make lead screws? What accuracy can you achieve? A: Yes — lead screws are one of our specialties. Standard grade holds ±0.05mm per 300mm; precision grade holds ±0.02mm cumulative pitch error. For higher accuracy, we recommend ball screws, which we can also supply.

Q: Can you machine a shaft from a sample? A: Yes, we reverse-engineer from physical samples as well as drawings. We measure the sample, create a drawing, and confirm with you before production.

Q: What heat treatment do you recommend for a wear-resistant thread?
